FLORIDA BEACH Wedding CEREMONY PACKAGE

Discover an intimate beach wedding experience with our Circle of Love wedding package, specially crafted for small gatherings of 5 or fewer guests. This unique ceremony surrounds the couple with a circle in the sand made of tropical greenery and flowers, nestled between two tropical tiki torches.

This package is intended for ultimate intimacy. There is no seating provided for you or your guests, and no more than 5 attendees are permitted (including the couple).

Available Sundays through Fridays only, the Circle of Love beach wedding ceremony package is exclusively offered on our Venice and Nokomis Beaches along the Florida Gulf Coast. Not available on Saturdays.

Photography

Photography by the Florida Sun Weddings photographer, Cristina Gebel, is included in this package, per availability. Cristina will be on-site for approximately 45 minutes. Within 2 weeks, the couple will receive up to 75 photos, along with the release of copyrights, via a secure download link.

Unity Sand Ceremony

Our beach wedding packages include a Unity Sand Jar Ceremony for each couple. Our ceremony setup includes a table decorated to match your ceremony set, placed under your arbor. The couple will fill a small glass keepsake bottle, which they get to keep as a memento of their ceremony.

Professional Officiant

We provide a professional officiant to perform your beach wedding ceremony.

Marriage License Filing

The Florida Sun Weddings team will take care of filing your marriage license after your ceremony and getting a copy back to you.

Day-Of Coordination

The Florida Sun Weddings team will take care of delivery, set up, and break down of the ceremony set and seating. We also ensure there is a personal coordinator on site for the duration of your wedding ceremony.

What do I recommend about Florida Sun Weddings? …EVERYTHING. Tina was amazing to work with. I'm from Indiana and had her as my wedding planner and she was awesome! she kept in contact always and answered all my questions and have me great advice. She also provided me with names and numbers for all my vendors and from being out of town, didn't know what to expect, but everyone she suggested was awesome and I highly recommend her and her company to help with anything you need on your special day.

What can I say, from the start of thinking of getting married, Sigrid and Tina were amazing! Their communication was outstanding. I live in the UK and emailed them regularly and they responded straight away. We met up with them when we arrived in Sarasota and it was very straightforward and very organized. We used Christina as our photographer and she was amazing! She took some fantastic pictures. I am so happy with everything Florida Sun Weddings did for us to make it a very special day.
